If you use Brilliance II, you can set the screenmode and if you alter the colours to 4096 from 16 million it will be set up what you require (0-15 values)

Welcome Havie, currently using it to check some/convert copper gradients for “Paperswing” game - OCS/ECS.

My new problem is I use the copper to change some of the colours down the screen so the backgrounds in my Space Invaders port look just a little better but when I flip between the screens, the colour indexes down want to work. Work first time but not the second time...not really a question for her though!

Still haven't looked at Briliiance but will do.
