Path of a window under workbench
Is there a way to display or to know the path of any given opened workbench window? This is pretty annoying to do not have the path displayed.

I have a little script which I run with ToolsDaemon to show the path of a selected file.
Code:
.KEY SELECTION/A REQUESTCHOICE >NIL: "Path" "<SELECTION>" OK And the command line in Tools Daemon is: Code:
GetPath [] |

If all you want is to see the full path to the contents of an open workbench window and are using at least wb 2.x, you may eventually choose to select "show all files" to see files that normally have no icon.
Then, double-click one - it must have "executable" protection bit set - and the wb will open its "enter command and its arguments" popup. In that popup, remove the name of the file and type cd in place of it. You should then see an output window with the path. |

My method work only with some OS (OS3.2/OS3.9 BB4), for example, they do not work with OS 3.0/3.1/OS3.9/OS3.9 BB2

Thanks for the tips the AmigaOS team should put the path in the window bar, it should be handy and should not need any extra steps.
