Winuae, Wb3.1 on 68000 and SCSI harddisk

Ok, I have a little problem here.

I have an a500+ with ROM3.1 (40.063: 16bit version) and A590 scsi controller with a sucky external scsi cdrom and internal 2GB SCSI Harddrive working flawlessly.

Recently I happened to buy a PCI SCSI controller (tekram dc315-u) for my Windows PC and realized it has a 50 pin SCSI socket. A bright light lit in my mind immediately, that I could set up my amiga harddisk on my PC very easily with the aid of my belowed WinUae!

After removing my amiga harddisk from my a590, I hastely attached it to my PC and fire up Winuae.

But, WinUAE won't boot from 16bit 3.1 ROMS on 68000 (or 020) (halts at green screen), they may be damaged I don't know. Can anyone managed to run 40.063 roms on winuae?

edit:
I partially solved the problem with using an a1200 configuration, but it's not my original configuration so I cannot know if it will work on my real machine.

thanks.
