Does the installation of AmigaOS install library for the 060? If not will any 060 library work that I install in LIBS:?

I believe Hyperion are using under permission, THOrs MMU Libs bundled in the OS Distro.

That really depends on the particular 060 accelerator card you are using. You should check the documentation for the specific card. The commercial cards often provided a proprietary library which supports the proprietary features of the card.

If you don't need this proprietary feature support, then you may be able use a generic library. But you should at least make an informed decision on the matter.
