Anybody know what happened to the back2roots.org web site?

I noticed that was offline yesterday... does anybody know if it will come up again, eventually, as Lemon Amiga did a few weeks ago?

I have had words with one of the founders, and I'm happy to report that the site will be up again - hopefully soon The server/site is still running, there's just an issue with an expired domain name which must be sorted out first.

"Gloom Deluxe"(2 disks).
Unfortunately I forgot other titles.
By the way, following site also got permission about "Gloom"(2 disks).
But this site has been gone, too.
http://www.markstechstop.co.uk/coffer/amigagames.php

To tell the truth, I uploaded new Gloom MOD adfs which I created in this year,
however, these adfs contain some same files as original Gloom Deluxe disks.
I am having little trouble.

First sorry it took so long, lost somewhat track of this topic
But i searched through my Bttr backup and i think i found what you are talking about. So if you need this 2Disk gloom version i can upload it for you.
There is also a Cd32 image available aswell as 2 HD versions, One labeled GloomDeluxe and the other Gloom97SE

Contact should be possible if someone knows how to contact them. In my opinion it's just a matter of will. If someone cares or not.

Contact has been made, but nothing happened. It seems like they don't care anymore.

I don't mind hosting Back2Roots.org for them for free.

Thats sad. But unfortunately you can't force someone to care. But fortunately we have all the files so at least nothing is lost.

I've already offered to help with that as well.

Actually, hosting itself isn't the problem. The server is running on 129.241.210.43. The problem is only the domain name.

The site should be accessible to you if you add the following your hosts file (just google for how to do it):
Code:
129.241.210.43 back2roots.org www.back2roots.org files1.back2roots.org
I tried pointing another domain name at the server, but unfortunately the site is coded to redirect to back2roots.org if the site is accessed with another host.
