Wanted: Cyberstorm PPC or MK3 + RTG or SWAP with BPPC + BVision
Hey peepz,
I wanted to start an A4000 again (sadly I sold my previous beast) cause I don't have time for uber mods and wanted something more robust and ready to go for my needs. Seriously having an opened A1200 on my desk sux not having time to finish it. That's why I decided to get one and start from scratch. (So far I found some A4000's in semi good quality although I haven't finished looking yet). I wanted to start finding the accelerator plus RTG card first (as I did in the past) so I'm seeking for an CyberstormPPC or Cyberstorm MK3 because I'd like the quick SCSI bus. For an RTG system I'm seeking only for PicassoIV unless someone has to offer a bundle of CSPPC/mk3 with CVisionPPC. Since I'll probably won't keep 2x060 systems I'll probably split my A1200 beast so I really consider TRADING as another option, my own BPPC 060@60MHz / PPC@330MHz upgraded by Stanislaw with 265MB RAM along with my BVision graphic card. A trade of 1:1 would be ideal (plus any difference) and in that case I'd give for free the excellent UMON Manual switch for switching between AGA/RTG.  After all this work done. I think we are going through the same phase of getting tired of modding and having the 1200 opened on a desktop and tweaking it every now and then rather than playing with it. Anyway, i don't have any of the parts you are seeking but in case you decided to split your monster 1200 i would be willing to discuss about buying some parts. However i suggest you thought about it again my good friend.

It's the journey not the destination my friend as always. I enjoyed every bit and tbh this week I'm tinkering from scratch an uber version of ClassicWB 3.9 + BB4 + CGX + AfAOS + Ken's Icons + Antialiased fonts and it's working really cool on custom ROMS If I don't find something that will give me the morale to invest in building again my dream A4000... I'm sticking with my current beast for good @Cosmos ROFL!!! I have quit smoking since 15/02/2010... Tbh I haven't yet decided if I'm gonna split my A1200D. That will depend if I find a good A4000 and a nice Cyberstorm
