I'm definitely looking forward to replacing the 030/40 in my 1200 with something like this. Years ago I had to sell my Blizzard 1260 and I've felt bad about it ever since. This should help alleviate my bad feelings!

Right now its "just" an accelerator, which in an A500 makes it a bit inconvenient without the other usual stuff (Autobooting IDE ..) so something like PiStorm gives you more useful features, but Buffee looks waay more elegant with its tiny single board design. And if the speed promise hits the target even a little bit, it will be a beast.

Buffee tried to stick her stake in Vampire but it vaporized and did no harm. Maybe she got it made in China on the cheap? If she begged for forgiveness and gave Vampire a sweet red kiss maybe all will be forgiven?

Nah, don't. A little bit of humour is most welcome in these usually dour or drama-filled threads.

This is true. Sadly this account isn't very funny ... well not intentionally. The concubine thing was good.

While very funny it looks like it was his bad English and not an attempt at humor. English is obviously not his native language. It reminds me of Chinese engrish in a way.

I don't know for sure, of course, but I think the Engrish and everything else is actually intentional and mostly quite brilliant. As a mockery of that whole convoluted scene it's simply on another level, what with surreal-but-accurate references cleverly mixed in.

My faves so far:
-"all yellow brick roads lead to Vamp except for poor sods"
-"Buffee will not slay you. She has no cloths or chips"
-"Get off match and avoid romance scammers. Find new love and adventure in the undead world of Vampires."
-"Don’t get hyperian about it since it will be forever."

A matter of taste, I suppose but, so far, I dig. As long as they don't overdo it and start turboposting then it's a welcome distraction.

Can you elaborate on this?

I thought Buffee was only emulating the CPU.

As far as I was aware, those were separate projects: https://www.buffee.ca/a-little-side-project/

I'm going to say Buffee will at least be more than capable of running the XAGA chipset successfully. With at least AAAa quality. And far better than Hombre specs, at least Bromigo level.

Graffiti was able to display 256 colors from OCS/ECS 16-bit Chip Ram bandwidth, hence it's possible to extend Super Denise ECS to 256 colors via 8-bit planes.

I remember having this discussion a good time back in the Buffee discord, but would it be possible to have a fatter AGNUS for the A1000?
