Well, sort of. My memory of this is amazingly vague
![]() ![]() I think you booted it from a floppy but I am only 50% sure of that 'cause I had it when I had the A500 but I also used it with the A1200 but I'm not sure if I booted from the floppy or ran it from the HDD with that. That's it, any ideas ![]() Any suggestions will be taken seriously. btw. If I remember right, it was in fullscreen mode only and not windowed, also, it may of been something like an 'Action Replay' tool that you booted first. Damn my memory, I just can't remember + I may be getting a little confused and joining more than one application together in my description. It's up to you guys now ![]() |

Sounds like DiskMonPro to me. No idea where you can find it these days though. Quite a nice disk monitor, used it a lot back in the early 90s.

Diskit? Text looks off-white but maybe could pass for white on a CRT. Looks like the only way to edit files is stepping through the links instead of swallowing file whole. If you're sure about that part, this isn't it.

Didn't Fixdisk do similar things, never used it on HDs, where it was limited to perhaps 50 MB.

I found DiskMonPro on one of my old Tooldisks. I'll attach a screenshot so you can check if it is the one you are looking for.

I'll attach the tooldisk with DiskMonPro, might help you to remember if it was the one you used back in the day.

Although the word 'RawCopy' rings a bell, I somehow think it was a loose term some used for copying floppies anyway.
Without a screenshot or a file to try, I'll never know 'cause I can't find it anywhere and that may be due to the company still existing or someone else holding the copyright of their stuff ![]() Edit: I've eventually found a screenshot of 'RawCopy' (you can also download it too) and it was not that 'cause it's too colourful ![]() Last edited by DH; 10 May 2009 at 14:00. |
