Enhance the Zone message
A member is not a member of the Zone so he is not able to access it, and thus a unhelpful error message appears.
Why not instead point him to the FAQ to find out how to access it automatically? Or give new members Zone access by default? I am sick of seeing posts by people who don't know how to access the bloody thing and/or can't be bothered to read the FAQ. |

"hear hear" ... Either that or just make the Zone available to registered users by default.

I agree, this definitely needs addressing.

When an account is created it should automatically gain access to the zone - plus I'd like to see the Zone files expire a bit later, like 2 weeks rather than 4 days. If you go away on holiday (hint hint!) you come back and can't see any of the files that were uploaded!

How about an selectable option:
"Do you want to recieve on Your e-mail EVERYTHING that gets uploaded to [TheZone!] ?" |

I agree with codetapper about giving Zone access when account is created - if this is possible.

No way of seeing the permission denial of uploading CAPS images in current Zone version.
You could indeed believe that you ARE allowed to upload them now |

Whilst it could be argued it's for the integrity of CAPS, it reminded me of the old cracked games including the words "If you like this game buy it". |

The CAPS team has their forum here and they are quite an active part of this community as well.
This would bring potential trouble to them. That's why it is prohibited. |

But you could say Galahad from Fairlight is here. Uploading any Fairlight cracks is prohibited because it might bring potential trouble to him.
I don't care anyway - you know I just like an argument for the sake of it sometimes Akira |

Er as far as I know there's only one reason CAPS files aren't allowed in the zone...
