1 GB Harddisk file

When creating 1 GB hard disk file (1024MB), WINUae will not mount it.

It will work fine if size of disk is 1023MB or 1025MB, but 1024 will not work.

Any idea why?

Do you use an old version of WinUAE ? I don't remember exactly but from what I wrote in this thread, I think it is a restriction of an old version: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=21288

You should upgrade to the latest version from www.winuae.net

I remember this being a problem before, but now I really wonder why is this happeneing.

No idea. Maybe Kickstart bug because it seems to work fine under KS 3.1 + latest setpatch.

You mean, it works with kickstarts other then 3.1?

I'll try different kickstarts later today.
