Please Help me with this CD - Problem Black screen and so on

Hello,
Some days ago ive started to make a doubledisc, and now im stuck.
Goal was to crerate a simple disc with picboot and hippoplayer in background wit two games to select.
Ive made a simple select screen for first with some commands. neither the first or the second game starts. after much reading and trying i have to give up and ask here for some help.
I upload the image here and add some of my ideas

BTW the mod file also dont start up at the select menu

ok ive started this thing from schratch and it works now. one problem there is an issue with the ram. if i emulate it like an original cd32 it fails: cant allocate expmem
when i emulate it with 4 mb it works if someone wanna try it out on an original cd32 would be nice. and if someone have an idea. maybe free the ram or something i am a noob and beginner but realy motivated to learm much more.
