Looks like they got crunched a little by the upload system. PM me your email if you need (marginally) better versions. I'm no engineer, but the circuit seems simple enough that you might not even need an Arduino if the same chips are still available... |

You are correct, looking at the PLCC GAL16V8B datasheet seems to bring it up
