Disk Collection Merging Tool?

Is there a tool out there that will merge collections, adding unique titles from one collection to the other?

I have started writing my own but I can't stop thinking that I must be pointlessly reinventing the wheel. Surely there are similar tools out there already? I don't have a lot of spare time these days so I'd rather use an existing tool than waste any more time on my own.

You would be looking at clrmamepro. A tool that is a shining example of why a GUI is not always the answer. ;-)
