What hinders you to install PFS3 with the WarpEngine HDTools?
In order to use HDInstTools with a third-party controller, you need to insert the driver's name into the tool types of the HDInstTools icon. Open icon information, find the tool type which reads (DEVICE=scsi.device), remove the brackets and change scsi.device to whatever the WarpEngine uses. Edit: examining the install disk reveals that the right name is either WarpDrive.device or warpdrive.device (probably the latter). Last edited by thomas; 07 March 2013 at 18:20. |
