Two Problems with Flood

I decided to rip from Flood and so far, progress looks good. However, there are two Problems. Take a look at the following Image:
http://i644.photobucket.com/albums/u...cket/Flood.png

1. The Palette isn't correct in all Frames

2. It looks like some Sprites are overlapping with others.

How can i fix this?

Skip 128 bytes between the pictures and start at 143340. See the attached screenshot.

Thank you so much! Now, everything looks the way it should be. Finally, there is only one thing: When i press 'b' in Gfxrip to turn the Background Pink, the Sprites are displayed without Outlines. After cycling through the other (incorrect) Palettes, it seems the Outlines are always identical to the Background Color. Is there a Solution to this?

I'm not sure. I think 'b' simply turns colour 0 to pink:

"B - Set colour 0 to Magenta (255,0,255) - Transparent"

Sorry, but i think i didn't make it clear enough. I turn the Background to Pink, Magenta, whatever. But then it looks like this:

There is supposed to be a black Outline, but it's gone with the Background. How can i preserve the Outline?

I know what you meant but the 'b' function is simply turning all the black colour pink, which includes the background and parts of the sprites. I don't know how to make GFXRip treat these both as two different colours.

Before uploading the Sprites, i would like to solve this Black-Background Issue, because (in my Opinion) it ruins the whole Sheet. Maybe there are other People on this Board, who know how to fix this?
