WTB: A600 keyboard or 'white' membrane.

Topic states it all.. I broke my A600 keyboard by taking it out of the case too many times and I killed the ribbon connector. I've tried the 'trim' trick and nothing. I ordered a new one from Airey on Ebay, but it's for the 'other' model 600 (didn't know C= had different revisions).

So.. I'm looking for a A600 keyboard in white shape or a 'white' colored membrane to replace mine with. I don't care if it's a UK, US or whatever keyboard, I just want it to work. I don't mind paying a bit of shipping from overseas. I just want my poor 600 to work again.

Am I correct in understanding that you're looking for a membrane that isn't green?

I've seen the common green and the blue membranes, but never a white.

The blue was on the 2D model which had rubber pads rather than springs on the keyboard.

Is the white a non-european part?

OK, now I'm interested too.

Mathew didn't answer my request for a green A600 membrane...

It's definitely white but the connector to the board is blue (just checked) - I ordered a green and it did not fit the UK model that I had. Subsequently, the green membrane came from the UK as well so I'm guessing that it's a revision difference.

I don't remember seeing any at Amigakit but it can't hurt to ask.

It looks like there are 2 'green' ones as well - one is marked A300-A the other A300-B. The difference is the 'return' key pads are moved over a bit for the larger 'Return' key of the US keyboards.
