Starts: 00:01 May 2
Finishes: 23:59 May 22

Rules

Post screenshots of your scores in this thread, and write your score underneath. You can enter as many times as you like within the round's time frame.

Remember to post your actual score and not your Championship Points total.

No cheating of any kind (including score leeching) - this includes save states. No continues/passwords allowed. If you suspect a contestant of cheating then don't post it in public (anyone who does so will have their posts edited or deleted) - please PM me, Biscuit or mihcael and we will investigate it. If we find anyone guilty of cheating then they will be banned for the entire season.

Please only post your score on either the EAB or Lemon forums. If you have already played this year you have to post your score on the same forum for the whole season. If you are new, the one you post on first will be your team for the whole season. However you are welcome to discuss the compo, game etc. on the other forum if you wish.

Remember, anyone can join in at any time. Have fun and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

It's too easy....
It should be fun with 2 or 3 players and nice for the contest

No. I'd say it'd be around 400k. I lost a couple of races, and missed a few points pickups.

The track design really went to pot towards the end. Looks like Jamie Woodhouse carried over his bad habits (such as not marking out the track) onto ATR later on. Shame as most of this game is pretty good but it becomes horrible in the later stages. Dodgy collision detection also.

Yeah, seems to be very easy with 1 player. I've mostly played it with two players always and it's harder then, because there's always same amount of pickups no matter how many players you have. But I never played it score in mind, so lets see if there's different tactics

Am I the only one having trouble on some tracks to figure out which way to go ?

I got 150,000 on my first try last night, will try again tonight, and hopefully get a better score.

345,000. Yeah, back in first place. But probably not for long, I feel I could do better myself.

All too often I race off in one direction, and have to turn around after I see all the other cars go in the other.

On the later nightime tracks I just follow the other cars and overtake them near the end.

There sure are some silly courses in this game.

Just completed for the first time. Does anyone know the exact scoring system? Do you only get points for the P tokens or do you score for anything else?

238,000

Edit: Ooooh, Dead heat with Rexsu. Have we ever had a dead heat before? Are the rules clear

I think the points are dispatched in this way:
Victory = 6,000
P= 1000

This game really grows on you the more you play it.
I actually never played this game back in the old Amiga days so this is new to me.
It's just way too short.
