Floppy disk TURBO TOMATO released

Started in 1993, I'm amazed to announce that today, in 2021, TURBO TOMATO is available as a deluxe boxed edition from Bitmap Soft!

https://www.bitmapsoft.co.uk/product/turbo-tomato/

Digital downloads will follow.

Fruit has never been so much fun!

TURBO TOMATO is a high-explosive arena battle game for the Classic Amiga platform. Do battle with increasingly dangerous mutant fruits, vegetables and other things across four distinct worlds, as Turbo and Nitra Tomato seek to uncover the truth behind the terrible events in their once-idyllic home.

Can you save The Garden?

Trailer: [ Show youtube player ]
Gameplay: [ Show youtube player ]

50fps 1 or 2 player gameplay along the lines of Bomberman or Psycho Pigs. Non linear paths, power ups, boss fights - the works. With art by Stoo Cambridge and Kevin Saunders, and a great soundtrack from TDK!

Requires 1Mb Chip RAM and Kickstart 2.04+
Joystick/Joypad control
Natively hard drive installable, does not require WHDLoad.
Online high scores via text code at https://retro.nivrig.com

Five a day? Come get some!

I would be happy to support it, but I'm not keen of boxes. There is no digital option?

Kudos for the game and heartfelt congratulations for the very professional trailer!
I will definitely buy the canned version but not now, hoping that it won't be sold out by SEPTEMBER!

Thanks for the messages, and to everyone who has bought the boxed edition so far!

I'm very pleased with the box design and package Bitmap Soft have put together, with a genuine ketchup-red floppy, manual, poster, stickers and even fridge magnets

For those waiting for the digital downloads - I hear you. As I understand it they will be made available in a week or two. Hang in there, and I hope you still feel like supporting then

For the record, the trailer was made by Darren from Bitmap Soft.
