My A4000 was tuned with a Warp Engine, it's IMHO the better expansion board !

Not a well liked card I am afraid. I got one recently (2007) for £65, a fraction of the price you're asking.

Check the MACH chips and if they are marked 131 then you could push it as being upgradable to an A4060.

Provide links on how to upgrade and where to get the ROM, power regulator, socket and 060.

Alexh are you sure you are not mixing up with an apollo 040 ? this is a warp engine.

AFAIK, there's no 060 upgrade possibility, the PCB don't have the necessary extra set of pinholes.

I'm surprised you managed to get $250 for it.
