Strange icon issue with BetterWB

I am using Better WB with OS3.2.2, and I have a strange issue with the icons. When I move a hidden icon i.e. with no .info file the icon completely disappears /becomes invisible so I am unable to see if I am moving it to the correct drawer. Is there a setting that would be causing this?

I just had a similar issue on a clean 3.9 installation where the icons went invisible when dragging them.
Don't really know what caused it, I had copied a bunch of stuff from an older setup already but the issue disappeared when I set my screen resolution.
Maybe you can try to switch to a different resolution and back to see if it helps.
I'll see if I can restore it on my side by deleting my config file and then check if something in my user-startup or WBStartup is causing it.

I don't get this. The destination is under the mouse pointer. Why do you need to see the icons while dragging?

Can't comment on 3.2, but if you use e.g. PeterK's icon.library (part of BetterWB?), default icons are 50% transparent. Dragging may add another 50%, making them invisible. IconGhostingOff will fix that.

Thank you for the suggestions, IconGhostingOff did not work but InvertGhostingMask did the trick.

Interesting, I wasn't using Peter's IconLib when I had that problem and removing everything from User-Startup/WBStartup didn't fix it.
But I just noticed that the issue went away when I went through the Prefs folder and basically saved everything with the default settings.
So, it might be another one of those problems where you need a certain prefs file for something else to work properly. Like 3.2s Help command which needs Locale Prefs to be set.
