68040.library?

Where can I get a copy of the 68040.library as I need it for fpu support? Since it wasn't installed for some reason

The original came on the Workbench 3.0 disks (definitely on the Install disk as i saw it last night). If you need updated one for accelerators then you have

http://phase5.a1k.org/ or http://www.l8r.net/install/accel.html

But for whatever reason, it wasn't despite full 68040 was enabled.

It does not matter. All 68040+ libraries use MMU which gets ignored if MMU emulation is enabled. Default MMU setup is only needed in real world to make system stable and fast with 68040+ caches enabled.
