A1200 constant reset

Hi All,

I am trying to fix someones a1200 and it is stuck in a constant reset mode.

- no addons to the motherboard
- power supply tested ok
- full recap
- version 1D1 motherboard
-KB_reset signal not stuck at low
- board is clean
- 5v supply at 5.03 loaded, 12v looks ok
- Rom chips verified, seated ok
- a couple of broken pads repaired, tested ok

A1200 boots up, cycles through grey screens and then begins reset process over and over again. Does Alice control the reboot, as that is the only chip that warms up, not too hot but all the other chips remain cold. I don't want to start replacing chips blindly

Anyone any ideas?

Any help appreciated

thanks
