Saving the Amiga confiq file?

Trying to save the Amiga confiq file in the Amiga game base folder after changing some settings. Is their a hotkey or something, used the 'save as' button and named it the same as before, but had to re install to get working again

Ok managed to overwrite the existing confiq file. But then when i try to load a game from gamebase it always brings up WinUEA and i have to select the Confiq to start. Instead of just loading.

Uncheck 'Show GUI on startup' in the 'Misc' window and save the config again.
