Connection real hard-drive in FS-UAE

Hi,
got a question - is it possible to connect a real disk (actually it's CF card connected to USB hub) and set it as a real amiga partition in HDToolbox? I'm using FS-UAE on Mac and AmiKit package, if it matters.
