The CRT goes to the 23 pin port on the Amiga's motherboard, the LCD goes to the HDMI port on the ZZ9000.

You should configure P96's keepamigavideo variable to 15kHz so that you don't break your CRT.

The LCD will show everything because the ZZ9000 has a built in switcher + digitiser. The CRT will show custom chip modes.

The installer should ask you all the relevant questions.

Ok thanks.

in theory with the right frequencies and the HDMI to VGA adapter should also work on CRT the ZZ9000 even as a single screen.

What kind of CRT is this? 15kHz or SVGA?

HDMI to VGA might make a mess of the framerates or not like what the ZZ9000 outputs, but please report your findings.

Ok, then you are missing a scandoubler for the svga monitor if you are connecting it to the 23pin port on the Amiga. You don't have to worry about the 15kHz setting in this case.

Another alternative like you said would be to split the hdmi signal and then use a hdmi to vga converter.

Good luck, not totally sure whether you will get exactly what you expect using this setup.

It won't be a true dual monitor setup like a PC. You cannot extend workbench to use two screens or things like that (at least not at the moment).

The only thing it is really useful for is playing games on an old 15KHz CRT like an RGB SCART TV or 1084/CM8832 monitor. The RTG screen is not useable while doing this.

A 31KHz/60Hz SVGA CRT screen (on it's own) is not useful. You need a scandoubler. Either an internal one (Indivision etc.) or an external one (OSSC). And even then you'll have to promote PAL screens to 60Hz.

Good afternoon everyone,
I installed the Picasso96 and the updated Drivers of the ZZ9000 version 1.8. Now I have attached an LCD to the HDMI port and a TV (scart cable) to the 25 pin port.
When I launch a game from Whdload I now see the game on both screens. Is there a way to see them only on the TV by temporarily disabling the LCD screen?

Just turn the LCD off? Power button?

You could remove the internal ribbon cable connecting the ZZ9000 with the RGB port? That would effectively disable the scandoubler..
