Win UAE crashes on boot

Hello,
I have a problem setting up Win UAE, if I start with a game floppy in df0, it crashes at once, the window just barely blinks and an empty dump file is created

But when I let it launch kickstart with the drive empty, and then insert a floppy it works

There has to be a way to start directly with a disk, right ? or the option wouldn't be there…

oh sorry I forgot to mention the version, it's the latest 2.5.1 on xp sp3, didn't try the beta
by the way I found that the same problem occurs with cd32, if a disk is present at boot winUAE crashes, and it works too if inserted after

also, messing around to get the file you requested, I found that it sometimes worked but couln't find which conditions made it wok or not, here it is attached from a crashed attempt

anyway don't bother too much with that, I'l try with version 2.6 when it's available, and thank you for the reply
