Final Countdown - Demonware
I've just nicked the credits from the English 2-disk retail version.
TOSEC holds a German version, named... Final Countdown (1989)(Demonware)(Disk 1 of 2).zip (zone) I'm not 100% sure about this, but this release seems to be a one-disk version. Checked the English PARADOX crack, which comes on 2 disks with FULL INTRO, while the german version has no "actual" intro at all. There is a certain probability that the one-disk version is a preview or beta, but not that sure. In the german preview (?) version, the woman is not dissolved if she steps on a mine, but is seen dropping down dead. This might have been changed in the retail version. I'd like to have more info on this, and if possible, the original in SPS someday. |
