Wizkid is one of my all time favourite amiga games.
Id love to know, did anyone ever manage to complete it?
I always ended up one or two kittens short.

More importantly does anyone have/know of a solution to Wizkid?

Id love to be able to fulfill 2 of my amiga ambitions in a month
(Completing Wizkid and Egyptian Run - even if I did cheat on egyptian run

)

This board is fantastic! Ive been browsing it for a couple of months now and decided it was about time I signed up.

And that wasnt shameless flattery to increase my chances of getting a reply either <no really!>

I was gonna move this thread until THPS2 decided to crash my bloody system when I was installing it

Anyway, here's some cheat's to help you on your way.

Unlimited money:

Enter to the shop with all five stars and over a hundred pounds. Purchase another star to receive an extra hundred pounds. Note: This may also be done by bringing the balloon back to the shop before buying another balloon. Repeat this as much as needed to get unlimited money.

Cheat mode:

A hidden room in the first section of the game serves as a cheat mode. Purchase the token from the shop and exit as the body. Climb down the well and enter the men's bathroom. Use the token on the bubble gum machine and to fly up to a secret room with another men's bathroom door and an exit. Enter the bathroom door to appear in a room with a women's and men's bathroom door. Move over to the far right and enter an invisible door at that location. Finally, enter the men's room door and use the following door patters to advance to the corresponding game level or activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: If the wrong door is chosen, or to return to the first screen, enter the invisible door to the far right.

The game problem section, it's not just for if you can't get something working. Anygame related problem's should be posted in this sub-section, game hint's and Loading problems

Anyway let us know if you can get access to the secret room because I vaugely remember someone saying they couldn't do it a while back, maybe you'll be able to help them out

I seem to recall there being an emulation issue in trying to get this game to run,has anyone got it running on WinUAE/Winfellow?
Put up your config if possible please!

Er, this has always worked fine for me!
I use WinUAE 0.8.17R3 with my standard ECS config.
I have just noticed weird sound issues on the intro though.
Hmmm........
I use Wizkid (1992)(Ocean)(M3) disks.
Kick 2.0 rom. 1MB chip, 6800, ecs.
Pretty standard really!
I can upload it if u need it though.

Perhaps if I used my original wizkid disks it might work a bit better.
But until disk2fdi supports em or i get a null modem cable it'll have to wait.
