That's a silly poll. Most people who want one will vote Yes, most people who don't want one will probably just ignore the poll and not vote.

So really only the absolute number of people voting Yes matters.

Thank you for commenting. What I'm interested in is finding out how many people are interested, not how many are not, so that's fine. My reasoning for making it a poll was that perhaps the number of people willing to answer a poll was greater then the number of poeple willing to respond to a post. I might have been right, but I've asked this on several forums now and the response has been surprisingly absent. I've concluded that there simply isn't enough interest in the busboard to make a new production run worth it.

The big issue is that there would need to be new production of ZIV cards to put in it -- the cards are a lot rarer than the existing busboards.

What's the clock and width of ZIV btw? 32-bits @ 14Mhz same as the A1200's CPU? How does it perform vs. Zorro 3? If Z3 is the same or better anyway, then what would be really awesome would be a reproduction of those Eagle Z3 busboards that let you put A3000/A4000 CPU cards on an A1200 motherboard and use Z3 cards (which are way more common than ZIV).

The most amazing one would be the Eagle busboard but configured like the A4k Mediator busboard, so you could have Z3 and and Mediator PCI on the A1200 (without the window method the A1200 mediator uses)

I would be interested too. I would really like PCI slots in my ZIV board so I could fit a radeon 9250 and keep my prisma card.

Oh, and Elbox still have the ZIV fastata cards for sale in their store. They even appear to be in stock.
