ooh piece of candy! will test and report back
Edit: When I first started the game it showed the splash screen then went to black and nothing more, then winuae crashed. Second attempt it loaded and played perfectly WinUAE 2.5.0, Classic Workbench UAE, A4000 Power. Last edited by Kitty; 17 December 2012 at 01:37. |

By splash screen do you mean the interlaced pic or the virgin logo after? I have not upgraded my winuae, still on 2.4.x.

Is this the "fat kid" or "skinny kid" edition?

I totally forgot about that. And now I don't have access to the disks! Grrrrrr.
My version had fat kids and the one on HOL shows the same sprites my version had. They aren't thinner. Console versions had thinner kids: |

I'm sure they changed the HOL pictures after that sprite "rant" . And the other version looks like the pic you posted there Akira.

Not the version I had, which was reset-proof and had the Virgin airplane.
Where can we find this version with thin graphics? |

And here you can see the difference: there's also this one difference that in "v1" version there's no airplane, instead a Virgin logo displaying.
The V1 version is in the Zone. |

And ontopic: I tested this new slave version and it won't work for me. After WHDLoad splash screen there's just black screen. Tried without blitter patches too and the same. Also tried "ChipNoCache" -tooltype.

Thank you for screenshots. What a coincidence - it's McDonald game.

Has SkidRow made the bigger sprites then?
For me the fattie-version is the right & only version to play. |

Yeah it does make sense but this was changed exactly for this very reason, and across all platforms. McD didn't think fat kids was a good image to give so they made them slim.
