I emulate SWOS using WinUAE v0.8.17r3. It runs very well on this version. Here is the config that I've found to be the most stable. When AGA is selected I often get sprite corruption and things like that so I leave it on ECS. I also use a HDF file so you'll have to edit the config a bit so you can use your ADFs with it.
