Dragon Spirit cheat
http://hol.abime.net/409/cheatcode
It tells the user to press [F9] to pause the game, then type DRAGON HEAD then [F10]. Are you sure that the source is correct? It does not work in WinUAE or my actual A500. |

Actually F9 doesn't pause the game. Has anybody a proper manual with the Amiga keys? Some cheat sites says 'DRAGONHEAD' not 'DRAGON HEAD'.

I just tried all the keys on this game and none of them act as a pause button. However, the mouse button seems to work as a pause button - which is a bit odd. Anyway I tried all sorts of ways of typring in 'dragon head' but none seemed to do anything.

Ah, mouse-button is pause. Right, nothing works as the level skipper (which is mentioned in an Amga Cheat file as key 1-8). Tried all 'dragon head' +F10 entering variations.

Maybe someone can look at the disassembly and see if there's a keyboard poller (and as such a cheat code or not) and which code it responds to

Maybe it's an Atari ST cheat. F9 pauses the ST version, and F10 continues the game. Anyway, i'm not able to enter 'dragon head'. F10 isn't working then anymore, at least in ST emulators.
edit: probably ST cheat. The old JST patch readme: Quote:

One of the more annoying changes for HOL a few years ago was removal of the cheat status. I personally verified all the cheats that I could and wrote which were 100% (by manually testing them) and the ones that didn't say anything were not tested. For some stupid reason, this line of text was removed and so now we have no idea. I want that line added again!
