Any Amiga owner in Rovigo, Italy?
Hey all.
I have a special request here: does anyone in this community with an Amiga happen to be close to Rovigo, Italy? I got people in this city who hold some unreleased Amiga software and they would be interested in imaging the disks, provided someone around Rovigo has the hardware and expertise. Thanks for your advice. Best. |

You should ask on some Italian site, I list a few:

Interesting. I’ll ask around.
Sent a mail to Amiga page. Hope they don’t mind the English as sadly I don’t speak Italian. Last edited by starlord; 03 May 2022 at 23:17. |

I don't live in Rovigo (but my father was born there, by chance), but I can do the job if they are willing to ship the disks over.

While it might be possible they would, I believe they would be more comfortable if this took place in Rovigo itself, due to the initiative being from a company and not an individual. However, I can still put you in contact with the Xteam members via PM.

Ok, so some news following my investigation:
It seems star killer (one of the Xteam unreleased games I was after) was in fact a more advanced version of another listed unreleased Amiga game called Energy. While both were effectively canned, the game ultimately released for PC, under the name Nebula Fighter. A rather turbulent development. But in the end, the story still is a happy ending. |
