If all things go well, my recently acquired A600 + sticks + about 20 big box games will be coming home tomorrow

NTSC CD32 with controller. This is the one I mentioned in another thread, and promised to zap some pics up here. (and do a Pal mobo swap, just haven't gotten brave enough to deal with the annoying green ribbon cable yet)

I know this is a bit off-topic, but during high-action scenes (like the kung-fu fights in The Matrix or the ship-to-ship battles in the Pirates of the Carribean movies), the frame rate would get very erratic, like it was dropping a lot of frames and turning into a slideshow. Even during some low-action scenes it was doing it. When this really got bad, I had recently upgraded to the Gotham-based version of RaspBMC, but when I downgraded to the previous version, the stuttering was much better, but not completely gone. Overclocking helped somewhat, but I never maxxed-out the overclocking options due to lack of heatsinks on the chips. OpenELEC was a little better on Gotham, but still not smooth. I tried a lot of the documented fixes like setting the vertical sync rate to match the media or the monitor, but nothing really had much effect besides the overclocking, and it didn't really help that much.

Knights of the old republic for my original XBox.

It's considered to be one of the best Star Wars games ever. I played KOTOR 2 some years ago on my PC and wasn't too impressed. I hope the first game is better.

Cheers Brett.

back on topic:
Well the A600 came home over the weekend (I purchased it from gumtree but it was a fair way away so I had someone more local than me pick it up and only just got to get it from him.) Only done a visual inspection so far, but generally, not too bad. very yellow along the back, but the rest of the case and keyboard is still pretty white. should be an easy retrobriting session. there were 2 mice (tank mouse and a naksha clone) 2 competition pro black with red stick/buttons and an entire huge box full of big box games

the big-box games in the A600 bundle.
they were obviously stored in a loft or garage, with condition ranging from good to "so mouldy will probably go straight in the bin"...

Just bought myself an Atari 5200 that's been modded for S-Video and RCA output. Looking forward to trying out some of the homebrew releases on it. Also got a rebuilt joypad to go with it. I'll have to go hunting next for that 2600 Adapter

Hehe, I just got my key this morning. I'm in the process of setting up a 32GB CF with CWB on my A1200.

Just got a new ACA-1232 with 40Mhz 030 and a Micromys v4 to go with it

It's funny but you might be able to get it cheaper depending on which currency you decide to pay in with all those WHD titles now this is well worth buying.
