@DamienD
I have an X5000 running AmigaOS 4.1, WinUAE running on a TriCaster, macOS running FS-UAE, a Mac mini running MorphOS, CDTV, Amiga 3000 and a Vampire V4. I’m a 3rd party developer, not a fanboy of anything. That being said the pace of Vampire development is very fast compared to OS 4.1. The stuff Toni is doing on WinUAE is amazing too. The current specs of this new game is way too big to run on a bog standard A500 or A1200. |

The team for this game has already been put together but if your interested you could get involved in other game projects from us. Feel free to send some links to past programming projects you have done. We do have several opportunities for Amiga coders in 2021 & 2022. Last edited by Pyromania; 22 April 2021 at 02:06. |

I re-read my original post starting this thread and Vampire is mentioned once as is Amiga. The thing I mention the most is the name of this classic game. I’m not sure how that qualifies me as a fanboy, lol. Maybe a fanboy of this classic coin-op shooter game. |

I know two devs who might be interested in this. Will this new game be developed before or after the already proposed Hottie platformer and Hot chess. Will the payment terms be your usual offer - 30/70 split of sales or a development salary?

Hottie game is a big project and a coder has not been found for it yet. All the graphic asserts are complete for it which is good news. The game I started this thread about is a small project and should not take longer than a few month. Payment terns will have to be figured out but would not be all royalty based. |

Even if it's not for a living, it's nice to see that coders can have their Amiga work help them to "add a little to the kitty" (mettre du beurre dans les épinards)

Yes, that’s the idea. It also should encourage more people to come back to the Amiga and pick which solution works best for them. Lots of ways to run Amiga like environments today.

For this reason, I think it best not to say Vampire. Better to state a target machine performance level such as 16MB RAM and 030 040 etc.
