Enable Warp mode with modern keyboard?

My keyboard doesn’t have a Pause key, how do I enable Warp mode?

There must be a menu option to enable it, or is it only possible using this obscure key combo?

It's not the easiest to do but you can create your own keyboard configuration as shown here where I've configured 3 to be Warp.

- Go to the Input tab
- Set the configuration at the top to Configuration #1 (or another if you have several)
- Set the device to the right of it, such as WinUAE Keyboard.
- At the bottom where it says "Copy From:", select Default underneath it and then click "Copy From:" to ensure you're using the default key bindings.
- Go to the Input Source button that you'd like to configure and in the select box underneath it, select "Warp mode"

And remember to save your configuration.

If you press END+PAUSE (the default keys), the emulation is sped up. It's a toggle keypress so you'll have to press END+PAUSE again to go back to normal speed.

Try it when loading a game.

I'm a bit confused by the odd statement about the pause key being "obscure" and not on a "modern" keyboard... I guess the OP must be used to horrible little stripped-down notebook keyboards?
