All this talk of CF cards Bah!!! LOL

With me suffering from a resurgence of Miggy LUV.. LOL.

I thought I go find find my old 1200 ..

So here how we oldies used to do it ..
about 15 years back!!

ram it all in... bulging case ..

not for us.. weeny CF's and neat layouts!!

I think 2.5 HD's were just too many pennies then.

Thinks!!!.. Might redo it now!!

take care all

Chris

PS..Great Forum!! will be living on here now!!

Looking at it now... all that HD case size for only 1.2gb does seem a bit wasteful ..

let alone the power needs!

Also got a small pile of 368mb 2.5's in a drawer too I got for the miggy's ages ago ..

Yup this is how we did it alright! Jam in a noisey old 1gb drive and hope it doesnt squash something. I lost a keyboard ribbon doing it this way!

I even found an old 128mb quantum prodrive in a sickly 1200 the other day. I might even have more of the dam things hidden away somewhere lol.

Nah this time im going the cf adaptor route as its so much more tidy and quiet
