Looking for 68000 CPU Connector
As the title says... I'm looking for a socket for a 68000 CPU (A500 style processor) for a custom hardware project...
Any ideas where I can get some from? Note to mods: I decided not to put this in marketplace since It'll probably be a link to some store somewhere.. plus as the project progresses I will probably just update this thread with info... if you think it needs to be in marketplace then I am sorry for putting it here... |

Laziness really.. lol...
But I also need to slot a 68000 cpu into a socket on a board I'm making... But I can't find anywhere that sells anything like what I need... (And I need the CPU to be removable) |

The A500 68000 DIP is a big bugger.... why not get an MC68SEC000 with the 64-pin QFP??
Smaller, no socket, only slightly harder to solder. |
