Ignore the last post, sorted it. So the game is now running via WinUAE. This may be a silly question but now that it is working and I can try to put it to CD do I have to include the DEVS draw with the files that I had to add there?

non-emulated I suppose. in that case, you're not going to be able to run under whdload (not enough memory).

The best bet is to burn the cracked version on CD with proper startup and all (i can also help with that). Note that you're not going to be able to save the game IIRC.

I know that I have to put certain files on there and build the iso using ISOCD etc but not sure if I have to include the DEVS folder with the files in it for it to run on CDTV

I have an 8meg upgrade in my CDTV so it will be ok memory wise I assume. I have used JST on the other 2 discs that I did. I saw that I wouldn't be able to save the game, looks like it will be a long play session

Best would be to create a bootable CDTV disc like the german one, using the cracked version. I think it should be possible to save/load to floppy but that'd be a lot of work.

creating a CDTV disc that requires 8MB is good for you but I'd prefer to create something that everyone can benefit from.

I agree that the more people that can use it the better. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
