Probs creating a CLI> Disk!

Hello,

it passed 15 years and I do not remember how to do this.
I just need to create a floppy disk that once is inserted in the drive
starts with CLI> .
I just want to use command type to show an ASCII and create something
like preferred Amiga Tools to use on my disk.

What should I do?

What are the Directories I should copy from the WB to this Blank disk?

Many Thanks
