A/NES is developed on a PAL Amiga/WinUAE so I'm not sure how it would run in NTSC-mode to be honest.

Maybe if you show the source code of the gfx-driver there are some clever guys here that could look into it?

The emulation speed is very good

The code is too messy to show for the public, it's been worked with since 1997 so, well, lots have happened in these years.
