Screen Tearing on graphics card

Does anyone know if there is any way to stop this screen tearing from happening on CGX or P96 using CVisionPPC?

Using a 60hz resolution causes this to happen:

Surely there must be a VSYNC option somewhere?

This is harder than it seems. While there is a WaitTOF() function in graphics, it is not necessarily connected to the vertical blank of the graphics card as not all graphics cards deliver an interrupt.

Also using a 120hz resolution causes doubles of moving objects (when Amiga is running at 60hz)

When Amiga is 50hz, the only smooth resolutions are either 50,100 or 150hz.

Any other refresh rate stops moving objects from moving smoothly.
