Cannon Fodder Save Disk...Please Help :(

I've been using WinUAE to play some games when I can't use an Amiga because I can't get to them.

So, I've got a Cannon Fodder save disk for the Amiga and want to create an .ADF of it, so I can play it on UAE where I left off.

Problem is that whenever I try to create the .ADF it fails.

I've tried using tsgui to do it, also tried copying the image using Amiga Explorer, but it just doesn't work.

Can someone please tell me how to make an image of my real save disk?

Cannon fodder savedisk use a non standard disk format, hence your failure.

create a custom ADF and format it with the game. it will work.

Yep, did that.

The thing is that I wanted to use the real save disk (an image of it) that I'd created on my real Amiga.

Not a problem anymore, as last night I progressed further playing the game in UAE than I had on the real Amiga.

Now I need to put the UAE save disk back to an Amiga disk instead...hahahaha

you can't, because of the disk format (copy protected lol)

Wouldn't it be easier to use the WHDLoad version? Then you can just copy your save files across without having to worry about ADFs and the like.
