Amiga ANSi art on Windows

Hi,
I need your help to find a program for display a Amiga ANSI text file
I already tried and ACiDview PabloView but I can not correctly see this attached file

IIRC, this was done back in the day in a plain DOS environment using programs with names like FANSI CONSOLE.

The program itself was a TSR and the ANSI art was input using ECHO command lines in a batch file.

I'd have to dig out some old shareware disks to get the details, but I can't say I remember seeing a Windows program to display ANSI art.
