What Do I Do With A Spare PC Case, Two Floppies And A Kryoflux?
Use the original PC supply to drive the floppies and mount the Kryoflux board in the case.
It's a hack job but it works. |

It's a big image and before anyone asks, here's a few things;
1. It's a hack job 2. The switch on the 3.5" drive is to select between high and low density, I have some disks here which are DS/DD on DS/HD disks, so I cannot just let the drive decide what is what. http://img31.imageshack.us/i/kryofluxcase2.jpg/ Last edited by Loedown; 12 January 2011 at 11:46. Yay. So that whole case is for the KryoFlux? Wow, I hope it feels suitably honoured!

I always have a few spare of everything lying around, that's why the house is always a mess, much to the chagrin of my wife. I was originally going to pull out the drive bay section of an old chassis and mount it in a nice pine wooden box, but I got lazy and just used an old PC chassis / case.
Yep, a whole case just for Kryoflux. |
