Roll eyes (sarcastic)

Thats quite a sight for sore eyes! A thing of beauty!
If i were you, i would forget about fitting an x86 on that case.
I would keep it the closest possible to the original internals, maybe a nice 1230 or 1240 accel card with 64 mb ram.Upgraded Kickstart to 3.1 rev 40.68, with OS 3.5 or 3.9,a fine 40 gb 2.5 hardrive, and at most a slim dvd drive or cdrom fitted in the back.
Too nicely untamed...

Ooooh! Shiny!

And so obviously modelled on the A1200 design.

I wish they'd gone for a mini-joystick type mouse instead though, I suffer with the use of the mousepad on my ageing laptop.

Regards

@Boot_WB

its strange thing about input devices, I am an absolute demon when it comes to a touch pad (left or right handed), but when it comes down to a micro analogue joystick thingy, Its like I have boxing gloves on! the word beyond hopless is ... well an improvement LOL, so for that sake, I am humbly pleased they didn't put one in there. however a nice litte tracker ball, similar to the XP keyboard would of been nice.

also there is mousey ps2 ports and usb round the back but all this pales in comparison to the need of Amiga Compatible joystick ports...

My micro analogue joystick thingy took a bit of getting used to, but I find it a lot easier now - faster, and removes the accidental left click when typing (as the heel of your hand accidentally touches the touch pad).
I got a wireless keyboard with built in mouse. Trouble is, the USB dongle got snapped, so it's completely bloody useless now, as I can't get a replacement from the manufacturer. I've tried soldering in a replacement USB plug, but I can't get the bloody thing to work anymore. The pcb uses speck-of-dust sized SMD components, and I suspect I have heat-damaged something in attempting the repair.
I'm still using my 3-button trackball mouse on my miggy though!

Indeedy! :-D
Although I notice that the PS2 port is on the left - seems an odd choice, with only ~10% of the population being left-handers. Small beer in the scheme of things though.

Unsure whether to use this with the original internals, or do the whole mod for a x86 board with keyrah

So Cerberus, what did you do with that pretty painted case?
