The game is very beatable in easy mode. After 50 levels, you'll see the end sequence, and the credits (exup).
Galahad -- am I missing any game modules in the list below? mod.echo mod.snow bros mod.spotlight puma.arcade4 puma.arcade5 puma.arcade8 puma.arcade9 puma.arcade10 puma.arcade11 puma.arcade12 puma.arcade13 puma.arcade14 puma.arcade15 puma.arcade16 puma.newmod0 puma.newmod6 puma.presnow I never found the bonus floor, so maybe that has another module. No idea, I got all the file information from the ingame table and built a ripper to extract all the files. There will be one in the EXUP file as well.

There are 2 modules in the exup section -- mod.echo and puma.newmod6.

I got stuck on level 32. I can't jump out of that section, and the ghosts the pumpkin thing sends out don't seem to want to kill me. Only way I could get out of the level was to press escape and that was Game Over despite the fact I had 9 lives

Ghosts and pumpkinhead should kill you, so I don't know what's matter. You can wait for the ape thing to climb over to your area. I might have a save state somewhere if you want to try that.

Left it running for about 10 min and the ape thing did not move from the side he was on - just went around in circles (pumpkin stayed over there too). Game is probably a bit buggy (which is to be expected from an unreleased game)

It's not a bug, i'm finishing the game actually.
You can walk on the snow ball, but for that you must have an ennemi in the space you are locked in. |

Arcade and Amiga verison side by side I can't believe they didn't release this game.. There’s nothing left to do except sit back and make money? Last edited by spiff; 17 October 2020 at 15:03. |

Absolutely stunning...pure gold!
For the 2nd player, I've read somewhere it was a programmer's decision... Maybe to fit all the "arcade specification" on the home version and avoid to slow down too much the game itself... |

Just got this game up and running (with thanks to DamienD!) and what a cooool game. I'm gobsmacked this one never got released as i'm sure it would have been a chart-topper. Amazing graphics (looks like an AGA game!), groovy music and addictive gameplay.

The game is 64 colors on screen !!!!
@CFOU : can we add a 2 nd player in snow bros ? By using the 1st player routine ? In the whdload version it would be great ^^. what amaze me the most is the word from Pierre Adane to Gary Bracey at the end of the game : "Message to Gary : In the hope you'll appreciate our work.... " Hmmm Gary ???? Can you say something ??? hmmmm ???? PS : Look my score looool ^^ Last edited by dlfrsilver; 10 April 2006 at 13:51. |
