I know the distribution of the good Olaf, there is also ApolloOS, in my Distribution when possible I avoid using OS3 software, I always try to use native AROS software.
I update my Distro daily from native Nightly Build. In any case AROS One can also start on Vampire, to do this you need to enter the appropriate commands in the startup-sequence and install the Video Drivers. |

I attach a video that shows the installation and functionality of the new ISO of AROS One x86, something not common in DVDLive, in practice you can do almost everything you can do in the version installed on HD.
During the installation you can browse, listen to music even On-line, unpack, read documents, watch videos and try almost all the programs on the ISO, nothing is compacted, everything is ready to use, in the video there is a small demonstration of what I said. It is a Core2Duo with nvidia8500gtx laptop. It is posible to instala ArosX86 as a Windows app? I say That because i saw The coherence Mode And The abbility to launch Windows apps from AmigaOS using a Bridge... The problem i when we have a PC destinated to retro emulation And we need to install a Virtual machine on it, The pc is not enough to partitionate ressources And i do The question. Is it possible to install on Windows as a native app to run sidebyside as a hosted system? It will be a revolution because we will have an all in One AmigaOS solution to run NG AmigaSoft And to launch Windows Emulators from AmigaOS or Some Windows app we will need to work on |

@germandroide
I don't like host systems, anyway I'm experimenting a live version on a Pendrive so that it can be used also to install AROS on PC. If all goes well AROS One will be distributed also as Image File so that in few minutes you can burn it on a Pendrive. |

Hello and thanks for trying my AROS One x86 Distribution, if your PC was compatible with the old versions of AROS it will surely be compatible with AROS One.
For any hardware info you can ask HERE where you can get more info about it from the developer of the new core. |
