Question Question about Razor cracking group

I just read this, and I'm wondering if the Razor 1911 that they mention in the article is the same Razor cracking group that used to crack old Amiga games?

"The Razor1911 group, which has been in operation since the early nineties, is one of several large organised teams of crackers and distributors on the Internet who compete to be the first to release working pirate copies of major game titles."

Probably.

Probably the same Razor1911, but surely none of the Amiga members still stay in it.
It's like the Fairlight wing that got busted, had NOTHING to do with the guys we used to know and love.

There was a Razor 1911 group on the Amiga in mid 90'es who released some demos. According to Sector 9 who founded the original Razor 1911 that group used their name but was not aproved or suported by the true Razor 1911.

There was a Razor 1911 demogroup before that on the Amiga that cracked games and made demos that I think was the true Razor 1911, before they began craxing on the PC.

But what the hell do I know.. I used to read interviews and shit before the millenium shift about demo/cracking groups so I dont remember everything 100%.
