hard drive cloning problems

I am trying to find out what a particular icon mean on my WinUAE workbench desktop.
I know the `disc` and `drawer`, but when I attach my original amiga 3000 scsi drive, it shows two icons, names WORK and SYSTEM 2.0, that look like an old style Amiga 1000 ( see pic )Click image for larger version

Do you know what these icons represent?

I am trying to clone the original drive that is 50mb, onto a larger 1GB drive (so I can add more files), but the cloning software makes the 1GB recognizable as 50mb only. So I want to `prep` the 1GB drive so its the same as the 50mb one, and then copy the data across - and leave plenty of space on the drive.
When I try to do this, the 1GB drive icons look like the `ramdisc` icon... and I cant get it too boot as the original.

A clone of the 50mb onto the 1GB ( that is then seen as 50mb ) boots fine.
I need the new drive to be at least 500mb, so I can fit all the data I want, but get it to boot in the same way.

Any help ?

The installer copies this icon to the boot partition after installation of Workbench. If you want other disks to look the same, just copy disk.info from the System2.0 partition to the other disk.

This should have happened automatically during your "copy the data across" action. Be sure to use the copy command in a DOS shell or a directory utility to copy the data. Some files (like disk.info for example) might not get copied if you use Workbench.
